Welcome to Delicious Home Bakery (DHB). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Products & Availability
We offer cakes, cookies, handmade chocolates, gift hampers, customised cakes, video courses, and live baking classes. Product availability, variants, and customisation options are subject to confirmation.
2. Product Prices & Orders
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise. Prices, discounts, and availability may change. An order is subject to acceptance and confirmation by Delicious Home Bakery.
3. Custom Cake Orders
Custom Cake orders require a 50% advance payment to confirm the order. Designs, flavours, sizes, and other customisation requests are subject to discussion and availability.
4. Payment Terms
For eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a 20% advance payment is required at checkout. The remaining 80% is payable upon delivery. Other available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery availability depends on the product, destination PIN code, and available delivery slots. Orders may be scheduled from 1 to 10 days in advance, subject to availability and confirmation.
Cakes are subject to local delivery availability. Selected cookies, handmade chocolates, and gift hampers may be eligible for delivery to other locations. Please check serviceability before placing an order.
6. Order Cancellation
Custom Cake orders cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order will not incur a cancellation charge. For cancellations after 1 hour, 20% of the total order amount will be deducted from the refund, and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded.
For eligible COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable if the order is automatically cancelled under the applicable COD cancellation rules.
7. Refunds & Replacements
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Eligible chocolate replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Cake replacement requests must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Requests are subject to review and verification.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact details, delivery addresses, and PIN codes. Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
9. Video Courses & Live Classes
Course prices, access, streaming, downloads, and live-class availability are subject to the details displayed for each offering. Purchased course content must not be copied, redistributed, or shared without permission.
10. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, photographs, designs, and other content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially reused without appropriate permission.
11. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used as necessary to process orders, payments, deliveries, and customer support requests.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when our services or business requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page.
